Responsibilities

• Evaluate new personal injury claims to determine case viability.
• Aggressively negotiate with insurance carriers to secure maximum settlements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paralegals and case managers.

Skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
