A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support an internationally working actor with the day-to-day administration and business development of their acting career as they’re increasingly getting busier and busier. Working remotely, the successful candidate will take ownership of industry outreach, contact management, workshop coordination, follow-ups and submissions across multiple acting platforms.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to follow-up and the ability to personalise professional communications in a thoughtful and diplomatic manner. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes genuine responsibility for getting things done, works efficiently with minimal supervision and can adapt to changing priorities across international time zones – the principal is based between London, New York and Los Angeles.
Experience within the entertainment industry would be advantageous, and confidence with technology, digital media, website updates and AI-assisted workflows would also be hugely beneficial. The ideal candidate will be dependable, resourceful and driven by results. This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of a busy workload and communicates directly and professionally - the priority is on being organised, proactive and reliable, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and deadlines are met.

The expectation is not that you structure your entire working day around the actor’s time zone, but some overlap in working hours would be beneficial to facilitate real-time communication when needed. There is some flexibility with regards to when the work is carried out, provided responsibilities are managed effectively and agreed priorities are consistently delivered.
