Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach teams to achieve measurable results.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Permit Coordinators across multiple branches.
• Conduct stand-up meetings to review priorities and blockers.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Develop training guides and cross-training resources.
• Mentor staff for advancement and leadership roles.
• Ensure timely submission of permit applications in compliance with codes.
