Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. This hands-on role combines client relationship management with campaign performance optimization across Meta platforms.

You will lead client calls, translate data into actionable insights, and ensure retention and growth. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive results and maintain strong partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts; serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls; cover performance, strategy, and priorities.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bid strategies, testing, and variables.
• Monitor performance daily; adjust based on CPA and key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative; contribute to ad copy.
