Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, collaborating with the team to drive growth and consistent performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
