Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a hands-on focus on Meta campaigns and performance.

The role emphasizes client relationships, reporting, and data-driven optimization. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, managing a portfolio of accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients while driving retention and growth.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
