Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls with clients, and translate data into actionable recommendations while focusing on retention and growth. This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and involves direct accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences and messaging for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
