Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You'll manage Meta campaigns, report results, and guide clients with clear recommendations. You'll work with the Associate Director of Operations, lead bi-weekly calls, and aim to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings while fostering retention and referrals.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing calls.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly calls.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor results, adjust bids, audiences, and creative testing.
• Create performance reports and translate data into recommendations.
• Ensure client retention and renewals through proactive issue resolution.
