Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage a portfolio of Meta campaigns, lead client calls, monitor results, and refine ad messaging to maximize qualified appointments for high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, relationships, and retention while coordinating tracking integrations and lead routing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing conversations.
• Proven track record of driving results toward defined performance targets and client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing and campaign variables.
• Monitor tracking and lead flow, and resolve issues between platforms and client systems.
