Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising and lead generation. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client calls, and translate data into actionable guidance.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive results, retention, and growth while coordinating tracking, integrations, and campaign optimization across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, audiences, and bids to improve results.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure integrations and lead routing.
