Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of accounts from strategy to execution. You will lead client calls, manage Meta campaigns, and translate data into strategic recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly impact client results, relationships, and retention through hands-on campaign management and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and priorities.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking; manage budgets and testing.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust campaigns for cost-per-appointment, and diagnose underperforming efforts.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly, Zapier, and lead-routing workflows.
