Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client portfolios from strategy through execution. You’ll lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments, and translate data into actionable guidance for non-technical clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly impact client results, retention, and revenue growth, balancing relationships with campaign performance across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues.
