Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, and contribute to ad messaging.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, optimize campaigns for lead generation and bookings, and ensure tracking and integrations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while maintaining retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results.
