Job summary

Soda Data Inc. is hiring a hands-on Growth/Performance marketer to own paid acquisition end to end, from creative to landing pages and measurement. This role reports to a co-founder and sits on the Growth team.

You will operate across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, X, and more, using AI to generate variants, running a disciplined testing cadence, and owning budget and pipeline for enterprise B2B demand generation.

Qualifications

• You have run enterprise B2B paid ads at a startup or growth-stage technical company.
• You have created the ads yourself, including the copy and creative assets.
• You understand how to measure demand generation campaigns and optimize for pipeline and qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, X, and other proven channels.
• Make the creative: copy, static, video, landing pages; you are the studio and AI scales variants.
• Run a real testing cadence: hypothesis, ship, read, kill; volume matters and losses are expected.
• Own the budget and the number: focus on pipeline and qualified meetings, not impressions.
• Collaborate with founders, customer engineers, and customers on market messaging.
