Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own performance for a diverse client book. You will coordinate with lead Strategists to deliver end-to-end strategies, manage budgets, and drive data-driven optimizations across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to present performance insights with clarity. Flexible work arrangements are available, including remote, in-office, or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ year experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Independently manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute end-to-end paid advertising programs including ad builds, reporting and optimizations.
• Develop test hypotheses and data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
