Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support execution and performance of paid campaigns across major platforms. You will partner with strategists or own end-to-end strategy for select core clients, focusing on problem-solving, data storytelling, and growth-oriented optimization.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage reporting, testing roadmaps, and campaign launches with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end paid advertising programs and reporting.
