Job summary

Thnks is seeking a Growth Marketer to act as the growth engine, owning demand across paid channels and lifecycle initiatives. You will drive conversion metrics, own CAC/payback by channel, and grow organic signups through SEO and content collaboration.

This role requires hands-on experience with paid platforms, CRM/Lifecycle tools, and robust analytics. Expect a hybrid in-office schedule with strong emphasis on tracking, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and analytics stacks.
• Experience in organic growth and SEO strategies using industry tools.
• Strong discipline to set up tracking before launch and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Run paid accounts on LinkedIn, Meta, Google and retargeting with budgets and copy.
• Own the recipient-to-sender loop; instrument pages, emails, and conversion baseline.
• Build lifecycle sequences and win-back flows in HubSpot.
• Lead SEO/organic work with keyword research, briefs, and on-page fixes.
• Set up tracking, pull data, write queries, and build dashboards for standups.
• Design and run experiments; document learnings and retire what underperforms.
