Qualifications

• Have run enterprise B2B paid ads at a startup or growth-stage company.
• Able to create ads and creative assets yourself.
• Budget responsibility and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with data-driven attribution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit and more.
• Create ads: copy, static, video, landing pages. You are the studio.
• Run a real testing cadence; hypothesize, ship, read, kill; many tests will fail.
• Own the budget and the pipeline/qualified meetings, not impressions.
• Collaborate with founders, customer engineers, and customers on messaging.
