Job summary

Cox Automotive's VinSolutions Performance Manager role is a regional, remote position focused on building and protecting client relationships across a dedicated portfolio. You will advocate for clients internally, align product capabilities with client goals, and drive revenue through expanded product usage.

The ideal candidate has a mix of retail automotive leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to meet client needs and foster collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field; alternative combinations allowed
Experience building relationships with external clients and driving revenue retention
Ability to travel up to 50% as required

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of external clients and ensure their needs drive priorities and activities
Retain clients through onsite visits and virtual engagements to improve product utilization
Identify opportunities for upselling products and expanding accounts
