Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams as well as dealership clients, ensuring customer needs drive priorities and activities for retention and product utilization.

You will proactively engage dealership decision-makers with consultative recommendations and actionable insights to boost product utilization across Xtime and other Cox Automotive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in OEM dealer groups or similar industries.
• Minimum 1 year working directly with dealerships in advisory or account management roles.
• Willingness to travel ~75% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership clients to ensure retention and product utilization.
• Provide consultative recommendations and insights to increase client product utilization across products and services.
• Lead on-site consultations and occasional phone-based interactions with dealerships and OEMs.
• Manage travel plans in line with client guidelines and Cox Automotive policies.
• Present regional dealer group data and quarterly KPI reviews to optimize performance and reduce churn.
• Offer L2/L3 technical support and training on Xtime products as needed.
