Job summary

AutoFi seeks a Performance Advisor to drive client success and ROI for a portfolio of dealers. You will leverage AutoFi’s Product Suite, maintain executive relationships, and conduct needs assessments to craft strategic action plans.

You will address barriers, engage clients virtually, and pursue revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Ideal candidates bring Automotive SaaS vendor account management or consultancy experience, strong persuasion, disciplined analysis, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Remote support with strong home office setup.
Experience with Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS vendor accounts or consultancy.
Dealership sales/finance experience preferred.
Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
Disciplined, detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee and drive results for each assigned account using AutoFi’s Product Suite.
Build and maintain relationships with Dealers/Owners/Decision Makers and stakeholders.
Conduct needs assessments and craft strategic action plans to drive client success.
Identify barriers and apply problem-solving to achieve client goals and ROI.
Maintain regular virtual engagements to deliver insights and value.
Develop action plans to turn around at-risk accounts and retain relationships.
Grow revenue through existing accounts via upsells and store expansion.
