Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a regional Client Performance Manager B to nurture external client relationships, drive product utilization, and protect revenue streams. You will advocate for client needs across departments and collaborate with peers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred candidates live in OH, IN, or KY and can work remotely with occasional travel up to 25% to support clients and accounts. This role offers a base salary plus substantial incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4 years’ experience or equivalent combos as listed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to influence change within a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure retention.
• Build relationships with dealership staff at various levels.
• Use onsite visits and screen shares to drive product utilization.
• Identify at-risk clients and develop action plans to retain relationships.
• Monitor account performance and respond to red flags promptly.
