Job summary

AutoFi, a leading digital commerce platform for automotive brands and dealers, is seeking Performance Advisors to drive client success and maximize revenue. You will manage a portfolio of accounts across AutoFi’s software suite, influence decisions, and resolve bottlenecks with strategic thinking.

The role emphasizes analytics, relationship building, and strategic planning, with a remote-friendly environment and opportunities for growth within a dynamic tech-driven automotive ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Remote work setup and reliable internet/home office.
• Automotive digital retailing SaaS vendor account management or consultancy experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience in sales or finance preferred.
• Strong persuasive, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive progress/results of each account within portfolio using AutoFi Product Suite.
• Build and maintain relationships with Dealers, Owners, Decision Makers, and management.
• Conduct needs assessments and craft strategic action plans for client success.
• Identify barriers and creatively navigate to achieve client goals and ROI.
• Engage clients through regular virtual screen-share sessions to deliver insights.
• Address at-risk clients with action plans to turn around the relationship.
• Generate revenue through expansions and upsells within existing accounts.
