Job summary

Cox is seeking a Dealer.com Performance Manager to manage external client relationships, ensure product utilization, and drive revenue through upgrades and expansions. You will advocate for clients internally, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and sustain long-term partnerships while operating remotely with limited supervision.

The role emphasizes increasing product adoption, identifying ROI opportunities, and mentoring junior staff, with occasional travel to client sites and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 4 years' related experience.
• Strong client engagement and account management skills.
• Experience selling or expanding products in a dealership/retail context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with external clients to drive revenue retention.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
• Retain clients via virtual sessions and occasional on-site visits to boost product utilization.
• Monitor account performance and advise on actions to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with other Performance Managers to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Provide guidance to newer PMs and assist with special projects.
