Job summary

Cox is seeking a Dealer.com Performance Manager to cultivate and defend client relationships and drive revenue through product utilization and upgrades. This remote role covers CT, RI, MA with travel to support accounts and coordinate with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, superb communication, and the ability to manage complex accounts while traveling up to 50% to ensure client success and ROI on our software suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience; other combinations acceptable per listing.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 4+ years in a retail automotive dealership setting preferred.
• Experience managing digital marketing strategies for a dealer group.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with in-market travel; remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain client relationships to drive revenue and product utilization.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand product functionality across accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client experience.
• Monitor account performance and adjust dealer expectations to achieve results.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced performance managers.
