Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage external client relationships to drive revenue retention and product utilization.
• Identify upgrade/harvest opportunities and expand product adoption across a portfolio.
• Engage clients via virtual screen shares and occasional onsite visits to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure client needs inform priorities.
• Provide guidance to junior PMs and lead special projects as needed.
• Monitor account performance and respond to red flags with action plans.
