Job summary

Dealer.com is seeking a Performance Manager to build and maintain relationships with external clients, ensuring client needs drive priorities, product upgrades, group harvest sales, and revenue retention. The role covers CT, RI, MA and is remote with limited supervision, protecting monthly revenue where long-term contracts may not exist.

• Safe driver with valid license

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with external clients to drive product utilization and revenue retention.
• Identify upgrade/harvest revenue opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Retain clients through virtual engagements and occasional onsite visits to improve product usage and processes.
• Develop strong relationships with dealership staff at all levels.
• Mentor junior PMs and support new or less experienced colleagues.
