Job summary

Cox is seeking a Dealer.com Performance Manager to build and maintain relationships with external automotive dealer clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities, product utilization, upgrades, and revenue retention. You’ll own the client relationship and advocate internally to meet client goals.

This remote regional role covers Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and surrounding states; travel up to 50% may be required for onsite visits and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience or an equivalent combination
• Safe driver with valid license
• Strong client engagement and sales mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage external dealer client relationships to retain revenue and drive product adoption
• Identify upgrade/harvest opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals
• Conduct virtual engagements and occasional onsite visits to improve product usage
• Develop cross-functional relationships within the dealership and with software partners
• Travel as needed to support in-market clients and workshops
