Job summary

Dealer.com is seeking a Performance Manager to manage client relationships remotely across the New England region and beyond. You will drive product adoption, upgrades, and revenue retention while advocating for clients to internal teams.

Responsibilities include independent account management, virtual engagements, occasional on-site visits, and collaboration with peers to ensure consistent multi-product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination with relevant experience.
• 4+ years in a related field, preferably in retail automotive or dealership marketing.
• Strong client engagement and revenue retention capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and drive revenue retention.
• Identify upgrade/harvest opportunities and expand product utilization.
• Engage with clients through virtual sessions and occasional onsite visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless multi-product experiences for clients.
• Travel as needed (up to ~50%) for in-market and onsite engagements.
