Job summary

Cox is seeking a Dealer.com Performance Manager to maintain relationships with external clients and ensure their needs drive priorities and actions. The role focuses on revenue retention, product upgrades, and cross‑sell opportunities, with remote work and occasional travel required.

You will collaborate with other PMs to ensure a seamless experience for clients with multiple products, protecting monthly revenue and expanding account value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 4+ years of experience, or alternate combos as stated.
• Proven sales acumen and ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and screen sharing tools; familiarity with CRM systems.
