Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and manage Talent programs across the People Team. The role ensures the delivery of talent development, engagement, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR initiatives, collaborating with Operations and Analytics, and driving data-driven improvements through surveys and metrics. Remote-first with multiple office locations in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on project/program management.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities for executive audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of People Team initiatives (engagement surveys, pulse checks, performance review cycle).
• Develop and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap with KPIs.
• Partner with executives to design and execute clear communications across the organization.
• Maintain SOPs and leadership resources; facilitate manager roundtables.
