Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC is seeking a Talent and People Programs Manager to own and run our people programs, including annual performance management and compensation governance. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape how HR programs operate and reports to the Group CHRO.

The position is remote within the US, with travel of about 10% and a compensation range of $85,000–$115,000 plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience owning or administering enterprise people programs.
Experience running annual or mid-year performance management cycles end-to-end.
Experience supporting compensation governance or partnering with Total Rewards/Compensation.
Experience building dashboards or reports for leadership audiences.
Ability to partner cross-functionally with executives to drive programs forward.

Responsibilities

Lead administration of enterprise talent programs including career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development.
Partner with Operations to align development programs with company priorities.
Continuously improve enterprise people processes through data, feedback, and best practices.
Own and administer the company’s annual and mid-year performance management cycles.
Administer compensation governance including job architecture, leveling, salary structures, and market pricing.
Develop dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with visibility into organizational performance.
