Chainlink Labs seeks an experienced People Business Partner embedded in product and engineering teams. You will serve as the team's 'Chief People Officer', shaping leveling, promotions, performance cycles, and people programs to drive success.

In a remote-first culture, you will lead workforce planning, org design, and change initiatives, collaborating with the People Team to elevate execution and deliver impact with data-driven empathy.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company, supporting engineering or product orgs.
• Deep expertise with AI and a data-driven, empathetic approach.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and guide development of People programs needed for success, such as leveling, promotions, and performance cycles.
