Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will support managers and employees, ensure accurate records, and contribute to a positive workplace. CA/US market experience preferred.

Location: Remote. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining payroll data, and driving HR process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration or employee relations.
• Knowledge of US HR practices, employment policies and compliance requirements.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and administrative tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and integration.
• Support employee relations, address questions, and assist in conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance reviews and development programs.
• Maintain payroll-related data, attendance, leave, and benefits records.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor metrics, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, leadership and other teams to deliver HR services.
