Blueprint Test Prep is a remote-friendly test preparation company seeking a People Operations professional to manage onboarding and offboarding, ACA benefits, and leave tracking. The role supports full-time and part-time staff across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, is tech-savvy with ADP, Asana, or EasyLlama, and excels in a fully remote, highly organized environment. This is a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Support, or HR Generalist roles.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools; experience with ADP, Asana, or EasyLlama is a plus.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working fully remote with strong communication skills.
• This is a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave with a 4-6 week training overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for full-time and part-time team members using ADP Workforce Now and Asana.
• Monitor ACA compliance reports and offer full-time benefits to eligible part-time employees.
• Oversee leave tracking, answer employee questions, and maintain compliance training via EasyLlama.
