Job summary

Dorado Software Group is seeking a Senior People Operations Analyst to support the People function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This remote US role reports to the Director of People Operations and works with a global portfolio of software companies.

You will own HRIS administration (BambooHR), payroll coordination across jurisdictions, onboarding/offboarding, talent acquisition, and reporting. Strong data integrity and Excel skills are required, with experience in AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on HRIS administration and payroll coordination experience.
• Significant experience in Human Resources, People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Direct, recent experience with BambooHR.
• Proven ability to identify and escalate data integrity issues with examples.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables and dashboards.
• Availability for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in BambooHR and ensure accuracy across onboarding, terminations and changes.
• Coordinate payroll across multiple jurisdictions and with EOR partners; reconciling with BambooHR.
• Administer Pinpoint ATS and manage candidate pipelines and offer letters.
• Develop data audits and dashboards to monitor headcount, turnover and compensation distribution.
• Document HR processes, SOPs and maintain an internal knowledge base.
• Assist with AI tool adoption and process automation within the People stack.
