Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. People Operations Specialist to join our global, remote-first team. This role owns core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on automation, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration for India and US-based employees.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Darwinbox, ADP), strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in People Operations, Employee Services, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Own key employee lifecycle processes including offboarding, role transitions and promotions.
• Manage employee requests and People Operations tickets, resolving complex queries.
• Oversee leave, attendance, benefits, payroll inputs and employment verification.
• Support People Operations across India, the US, and EOR populations.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers and controls to ensure reliable execution.
• Lead or contribute to People Operations projects based on priorities.
• Review data, identify improvements, and implement automation where possible.
