Job summary

Salmon Group is hiring a Senior People Operations Specialist to own full-cycle HR support for our international workforce. You will drive automation projects and coordinate with EOR/PEO providers across jurisdictions, ensuring strong HR policies and smooth onboarding, day-to-day relations, and offboarding.

You’ll work in a fully remote setup with a focus on scalable, compliant processes, leveraging modern HRIS tools and automation to reduce manual work and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a People Operations specialist with full employee lifecycle ownership.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Hands-on with EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier).
• Track record in HR process automation and digitalization projects (HRIS rollout, automation tools).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle HR support for employees across multiple countries, coordinating with EOR/PEO providers.
• Act as the go-to person for HR policies, benefits, and people questions across markets.
• Lead HR automation and process-improvement projects from scoping to rollout.
• Own onboarding through day-to-day employee relations, contracts, and offboarding.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records across systems and countries.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring HR tasks.
