Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will write and refine HR materials, job descriptions, and policy content while managing interview scorecards and compensation rationale.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR/generalist/recruiter roles, strong written communication, and a track record of owning HR documents and templates. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement with 5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Train the AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Develop job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale
• Draft HR policy and handbook materials, performance-review templates, candidate feedback, and rejection communications, plus headcount and compensation trackers
