Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR generalists to help train AI models on professional document tasks. You will own the creation and refinement of HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, including job descriptions, offer letters, policies, and performance tools.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines, with strong written communication and document craftsmanship. This is a fully remote, flexible, part-time role aligning with your schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationales.
• Draft HR policies and handbooks and design performance-review templates and feedback communications.
