This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) with ASAP start, across Australia. Compensation is $70 per hour, paid on an hourly basis, with a focus on accuracy and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
