Ethos is seeking an HR Operations Lead to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own core HR workflows, including job descriptions, offer letters, policy drafting, performance templates, and compensation trackers.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours (5–20 per week) at $70/hr, starting ASAP. You will collaborate with AI labs and product teams to ensure precise, high-quality materials and timely communication with candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Write and refine job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review templates.
• Create headcount and compensation-band trackers and keep candidate-feedback communications clear and professional.
• Prepare interview scorecards and offer negotiations with consistent messaging across platforms.
