Job summary

Ethos is seeking a people operations manager to partner on training an AI language model for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the creation and refinement of HR materials across workflows such as job descriptions, offer letters, policy drafting, performance templates, and compensation rationales.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write job descriptions, offer letters, and compensation rationales.
• Draft HR policies, handbooks, and performance-review templates.
• Prepare interview scorecards and rejection communications with clarity.
