You will create, evaluate, and refine HR materials such as job descriptions, offer letters, policies, and performance templates, ensuring consistency across workflows. This part-time, freelance position offers 5–20 hours per week at $70/hour with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Draft and polish job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale, and policy documents
• Maintain high-quality, consistent communication and documentation for HR processes
