Ethos is seeking experienced HR generalists for a flexible, remote engagement to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role emphasizes high-quality writing and precise attention to detail.

You will create, evaluate, and refine HR materials such as job descriptions, offer letters, policies, and performance templates, ensuring consistency across workflows. This part-time, freelance position offers 5–20 hours per week at $70/hour with an ASAP start.

Formación

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Draft and polish job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale, and policy documents
• Maintain high-quality, consistent communication and documentation for HR processes
