Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network built to connect professionals with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.

We are seeking experienced HR professionals to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, while advancing core HR workflows.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Draft and improve job descriptions, interview scorecards, and offer letters.
• Develop HR policy handbooks and performance-review templates.
• Prepare candidate feedback, rejection communications, and headcount/compensation trackers.
