Job summary

RevenueCat is a fully remote-first company with 150+ employees across 25+ countries. We are looking for a People Operations lead to own core workflows, drive onboarding/offboarding, and manage employee data in a global context.

You will partner with EOR providers to handle country-specific employment and immigration needs. Within the first 6 months, you will own critical People Ops processes, become a go-to resource for HR systems, and lead hiring-expansion research for new countries, while
