Job summary

Ent is hiring a People Operations Generalist to own onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and program infrastructure across the US, UK, and Canada. You will manage HRIS (HiBob), ensure data integrity, and support global benefits with vendor relationships while upholding compliance and employee experience.

The role is onsite in San Francisco with a distributed work model; you’ll shape self-service resources, automate manual workflows, and scale People ops as a one-person team today, with room

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions via Slack, email, and tickets.
• Own onboarding end-to-end, including pre-boarding logistics and 90-day review cycles.
• Run offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and translate insights for leadership.
• Support HRIS (HiBob) as system administrator with data integrity, workflows and reporting.
• Coordinate global benefits across US, UK, and Canada, including open enrollment and vendor relationships.
• Maintain compliance across US/UK/Canada, including I-9 verifications and documentation.
• Develop and maintain People policies and self-service resources.
• Build scalable workflows and self-service tools for the team.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to replace manual tasks.
• Turn one-off requests into repeatable processes for faster scaling.
