Job summary

RevenueCat is a remote-first company building scalable People Operations for a global team. We are seeking a People Ops Generalist to own and improve systems, processes, and programs that support employees throughout their journey at RevenueCat.

As a global organization, you’ll navigate employment in multiple countries, EOR platforms, benefits, immigration, and compliance while leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations at a fast-moving tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support.
• Coordinate recurring People programs such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.
• Partner with EOR providers on global employment, immigration, and country-specific questions.
• Keep People documentation and playbooks accurate, useful, and easy for employees and managers to navigate.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and use AI or automation to reduce repetitive work.
