Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional HR experience (employee relations and program management).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and empathy to support a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees.
• Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects.
• Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization.
