Relm Insurance Ltd. is seeking a global People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations of the People function.

You will work with the Senior Regional People Operations Partner to ensure accurate employee data, seamless lifecycle processes, and trusted HR support across time zones. In this role you will manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS access, reporting, and process improvements, helping a fast-growing, remote-first organization deliver an exceptional employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR Administration, People Ops, or similar roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires globally.
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain records.
• Ensure accurate data across HR systems and files.
• Manage offboarding processes with approvals and updates.
• Produce People Operations reports and dashboards.
